January 7, 2014 Board Meeting Agenda Item #23 Title APPROVAL TO AWARD BID #14-0016 FOR IRRIGATION INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE, AND REPAIR SERVICES Description Bids to provide 'Irrigation Installation, Maintenance, and Repair Services' were received from three vendors on November 19, 2013.  The bid of Rainmaster, LLC, was the best low bid meeting the advertised specifications based on a sealed scenario.  This bid is for a period of one year with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods.  The funds for these services are contained in the transfer from capital budget allocated to the Facilities Services Department. Recommendation That the bid of Rainmaster, LLC, to provide 'Irrigation Installation, Maintenance, and Repair Services' in an amount not to exceed $150,000.00, be approved as presented.
